It is a modern one-storey two-apartment residential house, which is connected to each other by carports.
The house is built in a closed village "Dižbārdi" (it is the closest village in Riga, located only 500m from Kurzeme Avenue).
The latest technologies have been used in the construction of the house and innovative materials have been used.
During the development stage of the technical project, as well as during the construction, the greatest attention was paid to the compliance of energy efficiency and the maximum reduction of operating costs.
