Thermal insulation

As the foundations of the building are one of the main constructive elements of the house in our project are designed

monolithic column foundations with an increased number of support columns.

The load-bearing structures of the wall are made of glued wooden beams 200 mm thick with thermal insulation

polyurethane (PIR) filling, which is currently one of the most effective thermal insulation materials in construction.

Finishing

Ventilation system is necessary in any house. Ventilation system installation provides fresh

air supply to each room of the building without opening the windows. Our house is completely airtight and therefore has an air exchange

takes place practically only thanks to the ventilation system. Using a heat exchanger that is built-in

ventilation system can return heat up to 93% of the air that is removed from the house.

As a heating system in our house is planned to install a heat pump, as the said heating system is

tested not only in our climatic conditions, but even in northern Europe in countries such as Sweden,

In Norway, Finland. This heating system is very economical, high quality and easy to operate. The estimated heating costs of the building per year are no more than 250.00 Euro.

In this house, plastic windows with triple glazing have been installed to reduce heat loss. Plastic

the windows are chosen so that they have a better price / quality ratio plus security in our climate zone.

The plastic window coating is not exposed to sunlight and, as a result, is not

expensive preventive maintenance and repairs are required.

All finishing materials used have certificates of compliance with all European sanitary and environmental standards

Many thanks to all the owners of our house for loving and caring for them.

ScoutHouse is visiting SebruMajas

Last week, colleagues from Russia, bloggers and Scouthouse modular house manufacturers came to us. They came to see what is being built here, what trends and only to get architectural impressions. I have to say that they came not only to us as producers, but also to our other colleagues, but the excerpt of their video message will be just about us, and below I will add a link to their channel and the original video, as I want to say they have a very interesting and informative and with humor.
I would like to say a special thank you to Sergey and he gave us the opportunity to meet Niyaz and Dinar. Here is his Instagram https: //instagram.com/realtyfan? Igshi ...

How much does it cost to maintain our home?

Elektroenergijas_maksajumu_parskats_.jpg

Information about 21.01.2019

It was intended to show an example of the basic expenses of a particular house, but it is not an example, but an extract from the electricity consumption of one of our clients, who has lived in his house for more than a year.

Here we can see that for three family members the maintenance of the house costs about 950.00 EUR / year.

What's in this number:

1. Heating;

2. The interior lighting of the building, as well as the exterior, as there is no municipal lighting on our street and each occupant illuminates the adjacent area (photo is attached).

3. Hot water heating;

4. Cooking, as our home has an electric stove;

5. All electricity for household purposes;

And what comes up: the average monthly payment is 950/12 = 79.16 EUR, per 100 m 2 of a house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Of course, some of you do more, watch more TV, and spend more time on the computer, but some less and then the bill may change in some direction. Then let's try to calculate the heating costs based on these figures. The logic is this: we really know that heating is off in July,

so we only consume electricity for domestic purposes without heating. The bill for July is 53.20 Eur multiplied by 12 months and as a result we get 638.4 EUR deducted from the total bill and it turns out that the heating costs 311.6 EUR / year . This is very rough, apart from the seasonal variation of the electricity consumed (in autumn and winter the light is
more time on), but also this figure is very close to our forecast of 300.00 EUR, which we promise our customers.
Taking into account that the heating season lasts for 7 months, which can be seen from this bill, then on average you will have to pay only 44.51 EUR / month at an average room temperature of +23 0 C.

And now our favorite question:

"How much do you pay for your apartment?"

Our project also attracted the attention of journalists of the newspaper "Dienas bizness".

Our homes have successfully passed the air permeability test

Blow Door test

Since modern materials are used in the frames of our house, so is testing

an accurate and modern technique must be used. You can find out more about the air permeability test here , but the idea is as follows: the more air enters the house through various cracks and high-quality insulated joints, the higher the heat loss and, as a result, the higher the heating costs.

The following aerial doors have been used to find such leaks.

The

We inspect our homes three times at different stages of construction.

1) When the building frame is ready and all windows and exterior doors are assembled.

2) When all utilities have been entered, the internal one is completed

engineering installation and a recovery system is assembled.

3) After finishing work.

The

Our house has been successful with good results, has passed the air permeability test in the finished frame stage and is considered a passive house.

The

Q50 = 246 (m3 / h) / 419 (m2) = 0.587

According to the norms for a passive house - Q50 = 0.6

For an ordinary house - Q50 = 1.5
